Team Relocation

Teams may consider relocation at anytime but may not move until the movement costs are paid in full and not until the off-season.  The base cost of moving a franchise is $ 100,000 for each loss during the season.  Remember when moving a franchise a new stadium needs to be built (Stadium Construction).   Market size and Fan Loyalty are assigned randomly based on the percentages below and adjusted based on criteria.

  • 5.0 % for Tiny 
  • 7.5 % for Small
  • 10.0 % for Below Average
  • 25.0 % for Average
  • 25.0 % for Slightly Above 
  • 10.0 % for Good
  • 7.5 % for Big, 
  • 5.0 %Really Big
  • 2.5 % for Huge
• Fan Loyalty
  • 5.0 % for GREAT
  • 10.0 % for Very Good
  • 15.0 % for Good
  • 40.0 % for Average
  • 15.0 % for Fair
  • 10.0 % for Poor
  • 5.0 % for Extremely Poor

ADJUSTMENTS:

• 1.5 % for each $ 100,000 worth of propaganda/advertising (max 15 %)
• 5.0 % for Bribing town officials (Cost $ 5,000,000)
